MARIANA UNGARETTI

BERLIN-BASED DYNAMIC SYSTEMS STRATEGIST

Multi-hyphenate helping companies and individuals reframe the logic behind business and work relationships.

As a transdisciplinary professional with 12+ years of experience, I have had the luck to work for marketing campaigns, creative strategy projects, and human development initiatives alongside organizations such as Meta, MIT, Contagious, Buzzfeed, Netflix, Spotify, Edelman, GIZ, FLAGCX, and the Marina Abramovic Institute. I'm an eager scrutinizer and I thrive in growth-oriented contexts that defy the status quo.

I believe in hardcore learning, in self-work, and in listening to people. I’m passionate about structuring practices and tools that prompt individual and collective growth and I'm thrilled to effect meaningful experiences that push leaders and brands to look further. At the end of the day, although knowledge and drive are essential, kindness is key.

DYNAMIC SYSTEMS STRATEGY

Businesses are dynamic systems: networks of relationships, incentives, feedback loops, and cultural assumptions that continuously produce observable outcomes.

Revenue, reputation, innovation, employee behaviour, and customer perception are not independent variables. They emerge from the interaction between many smaller mechanisms operating simultaneously across the organization. Most business problems are therefore not solved by optimising individual parts. They require understanding the system that generates them.

My work combines strategic thinking, systems theory, organisational design, and cultural analysis to identify the structures behind visible outcomes. Rather than asking what is happening, I focus on what is producing what is happening. This perspective allows leaders to move beyond treating symptoms and instead redesign the conditions from which performance, perception, and growth emerge.
